This website, maullirelais.it, is operated by: Autonoleggio Green Service (hereinafter Green Service), an Italian company with headquarters at Contrada Maulli, 97100 Marina di Ragusa RG – Italy. By accessing this Site and viewing the material contained on the subsequent web pages, the User accepts the following terms and conditions as well as all issues arising from its content and related matters. Use of this Site is governed by Italian law.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law, and any action arising out of or relating to the Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, Italy. It is understood that, with regard to the correct interpretation of these Terms of Use, in the event of any discrepancy between the original Italian text and its translation into any other language, the original Italian text shall be considered the binding version.
